This beautiful new apartment is situated in the attic of a multi-family house with a 20 m² balcony. Offering a quiet setting and access to great hiking trails, Altes Haus is located in Sevenig/Our in the scenic Eifel region, directly on the border between Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. Suitable for between 2 and 5 guests, the apartment features wooden floorboards, a children's room with bunk beds, a leather sofa bed, a 49-inch TV and free WiFi. It also offers gas underfloor heating, a big shower in the apartment, a guest toilet, pleated blinds and lime plaster. Altes Haus also has a fully equipped kitchen. Parking spaces are available for cars. A Finnish natural stone oak wood sauna can be used at any time, a separate shower is available to cool off after the sauna session. The sauna can also be used as an infrared sauna with Vitallight deep heat radiators. This type of heat is very gentle on the circulation.

“Super Apartment! Recommended!”
Truly beautiful apartment, nicely located in the nature. Equipped with all you need during the stay, and even more. All is newly made with attention to details and with very good quality materials. Excellent place to stay with a kid. Walking and biking can be done in the neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful host.
