The resort is wonderful, enchanting, and full of services, with easy access to other places whether in Sevan or Dilijan. In addition, breakfast and dinner were delicious, served by a smiling, friendly, and cheerful staff, especially the lady who spoke excellent English—I’d like to send her all my regards and best wishes. The only downside is that the prices are extremely high; I paid around $25 just for laundry and ironing, in addition to the already high nightly rate. Still, I feel satisfied and happy with the experience.

The place grew significantly since we were last here five years ago. Would have stayed there longer if we knew. Nice facilities, cottages, place for kids to play. Recommend for a family stay for sure!

The setting at Noy Land Resort is truly stunning — our room had a breathtaking view over the lake and mountains, and the whole place invites you to slow down and enjoy the beauty of nature. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the buffet, which didn’t quite match the level of the rest. Still, a beautiful and memorable stop on our journey.

Stayed in the bungalow with my family. My kids loved the bungalow and I can say that it is well-maintained. The view is very nice as it is facing the Lake Sevan. Most of the facilities mentioned are not open maybe because it is still winter. Staff in the restaurant are not friendly. In-room dining service is not available so you have to walk going to the restaurant for breakfast.
