Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent location in the center, close to all shops and the lake. A very quiet street, a great place to relax. Exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, and efficient bathroom and shower. Well-equipped kitchen. A truly pleasant stay, highly recommended.

Clean and good

The owners (father and son?) were very helpful and kind. The lady who came in to clean did an excellent job. The older gentleman who also ran shop next door checked that everything was okay at least twice a day.

Hostel was very nice, dorm was comfortable, bathroom cleaned. Lovely area to sit outside of the hostel. Plenty od bikes to rent. Owner speaks english a little bit but its was enough to communicate. He was helpful and kind. He also have small shop where you can buy some snacks.

The common area. The location. The owner Pop is very nice. Close to supermarket, the center and the lake.

They tried to scam me saying that my car hit the car of the owner.

Lake Sevan Hostel exceeded my expectations. It is a very nice hostel, with great facilities. Bob, the owner is very friendly and welcoming! It's great value. I recommend staying here!

“Ok for one night, but don't rent a bicycle there!”

I was the only guest, since I travelled to Sevan outside high season. All worked fine for me. The shower is first cold, but if you are patient, warm water is flowing.

Everything was perfect

The boss is very nice. He gave us a lot of warmth even when it was cold. It is clean and quiet. Everything here is good. I forgot my charger and power bank before leaving, and the boss said he would bring them to the next Chinese person.

Great people and vibes. Made instant friends at the hostel. The place is simple but clean and well located. Genuine Armenian experience :)

Parking in front of hodtel, very friendly owner; rich breakfast (although equal every day, could switch some elements every day). Although you have an option to cook something, there is a good and cheap Armenian restaurant just a couple of minutes of walking away up the hill.
