Still some work to do to complete the building -which is also difficult to find out, no signs at all outside. The hosts are however very nice and friendly people, the room was clean and suitable.

“Good option for visiting Sevan lake”
We spwnt one night with the family. Everything is new, even if the first impression is a bit deceiving. The host was helpuful and pleasant. Safe and confortable place. The breakfast was good.

This place is strange, but nice. The entrance is from behind, we asked (and then payed) at the dentist's place. A very nice lady showed us the room, not speaking any English, but a looot of Russian. We were never asked for registration. Price is very good, room was comfortable. At the beginning we had no water, but asking the dentist the problem was solved. Overall, a good stay, it's an experience.

“Modern hotel for a good price”
The rooms were big and clean. The hotel is new and you can see, that the owner wants to make a really nice hotel. The price is also very good. The breakfast was good!

The location was very good, so close to the lake and a very calm and quiet area. The staff were very helpful and kind, the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were well heated. Hot and cold water were available.

Good stay. The host and the staffs were very friendly. The previous reviews helped us to find the location easily as the entrance is from back side of their dental clinic which is also owned by host who is a dentist. They opened a new restaurant and we had breakfast there. I would recommend this place. Just 15 mins drive from sevan lake and monastery.
