The unit was unacceptably dirty and poorly maintained. We found hair from a previous guest in the basin, and amenities like a water dispenser were missing. The hair dryer was broken and had a damaged plug, making it a serious safety hazard. The main door was also a major concern, as the damaged knob prevented it from locking securely. Additionally, the behavior of the neighbors was disruptive and intimidating; their loud, drunken shouting made us feel unsafe leaving the room.

No towel and drinking water provided. Bedsheet and pillows are used before with dirt..no change after last guests checkout. Facilities condition down and old....need upkeep. Totally NOT Same Like photo shown as website.
