“Welcoming staff, good location, facilities and service”
Deborah was the most professional, friendly, attentive, polite and smiley staff. She was there the whole time I was there (Fri-Mon) and did not mind using Google Translate to communicate, as I do not speak Portuguese (I hope I got her name right). She gave me a big hug goodbye; it made my day. I was in Sete Lagoas over Easter, visiting a friend and his family (maybe the only Australian in town!). Great location (walking distance from bus station), great breakfast (buffet style). The pool area on level 5 is enjoyable too.
