Situated in Zagreb's eastern city area, the elegant Hotel Phoenix is a 20-minute drive from the centre. Guests can relax in the wellness area with a counter-current pool, a sauna and a hot tub. “Spacious hotel, excellent staff but very old facilities”
The hotel is huge and well located, but everything feels very old — carpets, curtains, and even some walls show clear signs of age and humidity. The gym is large but outdated. What truly stands out is the staff: extremely kind, attentive, and professional.
