“Basic for skitrip but don't expect any luxury.”

The best thing about this stay is that it is the village of Sestriere and not so far from the slopes. About 900m walk but there is a bus that passes by. Downstairs there is a bar where they speak English and it is open till 24hr. Very nice balcony view and big balcony.

Generally the apartments were ok , but could have had those items mentioned below. Staff were friendly and accommodated us in Palace 1 when booked separate we were meant to be in Palace 1 & 2 which were streets apart so not great for a larger family . So thanks for moving us to one building

Prices in the hotel market and bar are low. The bus service is well organized (10€/week). The place next to the ski slope for leaving ski equipment is great. Skis are free, ski boots are available for an additional fee of 15€/6 days. They are very ​​friendly to dogs.

Location was about 15 min walk to nearest ski lift. Hotel do offer a transfer which has a costs about £1.50 per person one way. Very easy if you have a car to park near the lift for free. Roads were all very clear so driving in standard car was easy.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Underground designated parking space included in the price. The main bed is a sofabed, but I found it comfortable. Didn't try the bunk beds. Nice view of the town due to location near top of town. Big balcony nice to have. There is a shuttle bus to town (costs €10 for the week)

Didn't eat at the hotel, but the light breakfast options did look good and very reasonably priced. The apartment was light and spacious (very big pull-out bed!), and well-equipped for self-catering. Slightly dated décor, but good shower and plenty of hot water. Garage parking was very handy too.

The staff was great! Helpful, friendly, spoke English (which we needed); I had a question and I emailed the facility and they responded quickly and helpfully. Location was great. Quiet building. Easy access to the garage
