“fantastic family holiday in this cosy, quiet cottage”

The cottage is clean and very cosy, it has a rustic / authentic feeling, just like the entire street it is on. The street is very quiet. Our kids could play in front and around the house in the snow, no danger from traffic. In front of the house there is a spacious parking space on the entrance level. You enter the house into the living room (and further there is a kitchen) - very convenient to carry in groceries / skiing equipment inside from the car. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, spacious fridge with freezer, gas stove, there are also all kinds of utensils and pots and pans for cooking. So preparing own meals there is easy. When we arrived there were also all those small things like salt, some spices, sponge, bin bags.... this was very nice and helpful because normally one has to remember to buy all this stuff the first day you arrive to the accommodation. From downstairs you walk upstairs and there are two bedrooms: one for kids with a bunk-bed, and a master bedroom with double bed. The master bedroom also have a second level / platform with another double bed - but we did not use it since we were just 2+2. The bathroom / toilet is combined, with a shower cabin, and a washing machine, which was super useful because you can travel really light. There was some washing liquid when we arrived, as well as shampoo and liquid shower soap, again - very nice and helpful. There was a foldable drying rack in one of the rooms. It was very warm in the house, so after washing your clothes you can easily have them dried overnight. The location is great, ~200m from the ski lifts. You can easily walk with your equipment (unless you are with small kids). The parking next to the ski lifts during the week was half-full, so easy to find a spot, even if you arrive at 11:00. During the weekend it was more busy, it filled up at 9:30. We had very good contact with hosts, they were very accommodating on late check-in and check-out.
