Location, amenity and helpfulness of staff

“Great View and location”

The host is very helpful and process of checking in is very smooth. We have someone to meet us at the determine arrival time and guide us through the accommodation. We get fresh eggs, veg and herbs from the garden for our dinner. The view is excellent and they have good facilities like washing machine/Dryer in the common room.

Everything, put simply. The play equipment for children, the games room, the exquisite views, excellent rooms which are both spacious, stylish and comfortable, the additional information available through the QR code, the animals and the ability to eat freshly laid eggs, if available daily. Each chalet has everything you would need and we massively enjoyed spending time on the balconies and in the sauna during our stay!

“Perfect place for a family ski holiday”

One of the best places we have chosen for a winter ski holiday. The chalet was very comfortable, well equipped and had a great view of Sexten and the mountains beyond. Oswald and his father were great hosts, even running us to the lift station with our skis when we wanted. We enjoyed the varied skiing across the Drei Zinnen area and found some great Tyrolean restaurants to eat at whilst skiing and in the local villages at night.

The apartment is large, newly renovated with everything you need and can think of. It is located near the ski resort (2 minute drive) with a nice view of the mountains. Each of the apartments also includes a sauna, that definitely makes you relax after a whole day of skiing.

It was amazing...host, chalet, location, the view of the mountains and 3 Zinnen itself. I recommend this host and Unter back chalets...It was one of my favourite winter holidays, and we traveled a lot. If you have kids host has a small farm on site (horses, owl, goats, donkeys, rabbits...) . We loved the idea, that you order breakfast online and receive it the next day at 7.00 in front of your door. The host, chalet and everything were just amazing. I recommend it to all.

Everything was fantastic. The owners offered nice gestures that we are grateful for. the chalet was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. We were travelling with children and the chalet was well supplied with a stool, high chair, cot, children cutlery, playroom with toys and games, etc. We have ordered breakfasts which were delivered to the door in beautiful woven baskets. The sauna inside the chalet was amazing!
