Overview
Set at an altitude of 1340 metres, Hotel Gruber is an Alpine-style hotel in Sesto, 5 minutes’ walk from the Monte Elmo ski slopes. It offers elegant rooms, a restaurant, and a spa. Wi-Fi is free throughout. Rooms at the family-run Gruber Hotel have wooden floors and an LCD satellite TV, and some feature a balcony. The private bathrooms come with a hairdryer. Breakfast is a sweet and savoury buffet with cold cuts, cheeses and homemade cakes, and can be enjoyed on the terrace in summer. The restaurant is open for dinner, serving Tyrolean specialities. After a day on the slopes, guests can relax at the wellness centre, which features a Finnish sauna, a steam bath and an infrared cabin, and hiking tours can also be arranged by the staff. The Hotel offers a free shuttle service to San Candido Train Station, 8 km away, whilst the centre of Sesto is a 5-minute walk from the property. The nearest A22 Motorway exit is Bressanone, 60 km away.

“Perfect stay!”
The staff was super friendly and helpful. They opened the breakfast area earlier for us, so we could eat something before we left. A really lovely family! The room had a great view and was really big. The beds are comfy as well. We also went to the spa area with sauna, which was clean and relaxing. Its easy to reach the supermarket on foot from the hotel and there are bus stops close by which take you quickly and for free (with the suedtirol guest pass provided by the hotel) to the hiking areas. We loved the dinner with traditional food and the delicious breakfast as well, super tasty. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again. Thanks for the great time!

“Ski holidays”
The hotel pleasantly surprised us. We parked the car in the garage for the whole stay. One day we took a little trip to the lake with a free bus that the hotel provides. The food was great. The room was very clean, and the washing toilet was certainly a nice surprise;)

“If I have to go to 3 Zinnen, then only Hotel Gruber”
Hotel Gruber is one of the best accommodations, maybe the very best, that I have ever been to. Absolutely perfect service: food, drink, transport to the slopes, wellness, incredibly nice staff, cleanliness, professionalism. And the most important thing for me... It's a family hotel, I know who I'm giving my money to and what I'm getting for it. The services correspond to a far higher category of hotel. Amazing family! In short, a perfect vacation.

“The 3 star hotel felt like a 5 star one”
Family run hotel, an extremely clean place, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, very accommodating personelle, who went out of their way to accommodate us, with a, restaurant level food (breakfast, dinner). Amazing view on the mountains. We could see that everybody running the hotel take great pride at working there. Would absolutely love to come back.

Food was great, staff was very polite and friendly, we had to leave a day early and they did not charge us last night which was very nice gesture. Hope to come back again.
