This was an extremely disturbing and unsafe hotel experience. I strongly warn anyone — especially women traveling alone — to avoid this place. The room was very dark and nothing like the photos. The main lights did not work at all, only weak bedside lamps. In the wardrobe, I found a duty-free bag left by a previous guest, proving the room had not been properly cleaned or checked. The most serious issue was security: my room door could be opened from the outside without a key card. The room phone did not work, so I had to go to reception myself, leaving my valuables behind. A man was sent to “fix” the door, but he did nothing, did not speak English, behaved strangely, and watched me while I tested the door. Later that evening, the lights stopped working again, and the door was still not secure. As a young woman traveling alone, I felt genuinely unsafe and afraid. I left the hotel the same day. I had booked four nights and stayed zero. The hotel refused any refund and only offered a room change after failing to fix a serious safety issue. Completely unacceptable. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had!
