“New, clean, careful host”

The apartment was really nice, everything was really clean and inside you have everything what you need. Sofa can be like classic bed for two person its really good and comfy we was surprise how big it can be. Terrace was awesome too we love that and trash can on terase is good idea too. If you need to go in centrum its easy if u try- take google maps - you find bus 701 that take you almost everywhere you need - he can take you in metro sesto rondo and then the traffic is no problem to go anywhere. Infront of apartment is shopping centrum open till 9pm. And the best on last was that Marianna is excellent provider of apartment - she is here if you need anything and help you (she even send us video how enter the building and open sofa) and you feel you are really welcome with her :) thank you for that i never saw that somewhere else (and i travel alot) you are best in this bussines.

I wanted to find a hotel in the area, but the only ones available were over $200. So, I searched around and found a place with really good reviews. The apartment is secure with a fence, and the house is new. Getting in is easy with instructions sent on WhatsApp, and they even sent video instructions, which I found helpful. You can pause and play them anytime. There's plenty of parking around the house, and the host gave a map with free parking spots marked in yellow. The only thing I might have missed is how to check out. I left the keys, but could you help (video) with how to open the doors to leave the property for the next guest ? The room is great, and the balcony is amazing. The kitchen has everything, though I had some trouble finding the spoons and forks. Once found, they were enough. Having a coffee machine, tea options, and a bunch of spices (like 10 different ones) is awesome. There's an oven and microwave too. The mattress is comfy, which is important for me, and I didn't even notice it, so that's good. I didn't use the washing machine, but having a few detergents available would be nice, especially for families or longer stays. They might be there, but I didn't find them.

This appartement is great, clean, spacious, nice balcony with it. Plenty of parking on site. All facilities available in the (small) kitchenette. There’s a washing machine, drying rack and pegs. We really enjoyed our stay here. The instructions for getting in were great, once we found the correct building!

Excellent Very quiet, clean and comfortable one bedroom apartment on the 4th. floor with elevator. Away from hustle, bustle Milano city.

The apartment looked brand new, it had everything you may need and more. We were extremely happy. Big shopping centre is right next door. Very easy to get to the city. Great location. WI-FI worked perfectly. Very happy with everything!

the location was really good, next to big shopping centre. next to the centre was bus stop to city centre. everything was clean, in the fridge was water and on the table some snacks. really appreciate it. nice balcony, easy check-in. and free parking was a really good extra.
