Very good location if you visit Sesto Calende. Great, communicative host. The host provides a residence parking permit for the stay, which is very handy if you travel with a car.

Katia met us to hand over the keys and explain anything we needed to know about the apartment, She was very helpful & on hand if needed. She very kindly let us checkout later than 10 AM. Lovely lady. The apartment is basic but we knew this before booking, it had everything we needed & was clean & tidy with very good air conditioning. It is very well positioned for all local bars. restaurants, lake side walks & the train station. You really are living with the locals, we found everyone very friendly and helpful, we even had a neighbourhood cat visit us on our last night. I would definitely recommend staying here. Sesto Calande is a beautiful chilled out place, we would recommend taking the train for the 20 mins trip to Stresa & then on a hop on hop off ferry trip to the Borromean Islands. We loved this holiday, came home with big smiles on our faces. xx

Katia is super friendly and an awesome host. The apartment is close to the city and therefore all in walking distance. Parking is easy as well as Katia provides for the time a residence parking license. And there is even a 'starter breakfast' package with tea, coffee and jam.

This was our second time here. This time we stayed in the apartment on the first floor and we liked it more. The host is so nice and accommodating. The location is very convenient and the apartment is great value for money. We were given a pass to park the car for free anywhere in the city. Really recommended!

Katia was a great host, ready to help when we needed it. Nothing was a problem for her! She made sure we had all the details to enter the apartment and also to park our car. Location is fantastic, just a short 2 min walk to the water and heaps of restaurants. Good place to stay for a week!

Fantastic location. Owner Katia was amazingly helpful with showing us round, arranging our check-in/out times etc easily via WhatsApp. The place was so beautiful and really ideally located. Very short walk to train station or town centre and Riverside area. Simply perfect.

“Perfect place for staying whilst at the Leonardo Academy. (Parking pass available if required)”
Location was excellent with only 4 minute walk from the Leonardo Academy. ( Pictures from upstairs window included in this review confirm this) Spread over two floors, the upstairs bathroom and double bed equipped bedroom is complimented by the downstairs Lounge Kichen-Diner connected via an elegant spiral staircase.
