“Lovely getaway”

Lovely place, very comfortable and cosy room with everything you might need

Wow! We were at the end of a 25 Day Journey and this was our last hotel before heading home. By far the best we stayed in the entire trip. This is a very beautiful private resort that you will thank yourself for coming to. Simply cannot say enough about the facility, the restaurant/bar the pool and the staff. It's all spectacular.

The room size was perfect for two people, and I believe up to four would be comfortable as well. Everything felt new or recently renovated, which made the stay very pleasant. The view of the little river is idyllic and adds a special touch. Parking on site is also very convenient. DJ party on-site was fun.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. For anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay in the middle of the beautiful Italian countryside, this uniquely renovated mill is just the right place to stay. Everything was clean and smelled so fresh, the apartments are equipped with beautiful furniture and everything you need for your comfortable stay. The restaurant was with lovely staff and the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus! We would definitely come back again!

Everything was perfect. Great location, clean, modern, good parking, decent sized rooms and well equipped. Sitting by the river in the evening was the highlight.

Fabulous location in the rural area, right on the border between Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Very clean, tidy, and well-equipped apartment by a lively spring. It has a single bedroom, a sizable sitting room, and a comfy terrace to chill out.

Excellent on-site care. Hotel is clean and well-maintained. It has a great atmosphere. We spent our two-week stay exploring northeastern Italy and taking trips to the beach. Hotel is conveniently located. It's a 10-minute drive to the highway and the same to the train station in Portogruaro, where direct trains depart to all major Italian cities like fe. Venice, Padua, Vicenza, and Verona. Road to the beach in Caorle takes 30 min. An 8 min drive away, there is a large shopping center on the outskirts of Portogruaro. The hotel is situated in a charming area, full of nature and tranquility. The nights are quiet, and it's wonderful to sleep with the windows open. We could highly recommend it.

Very peaceful area, apartment was very recently renovated. Air conditioning saved us from the high heat. If needed, also breakfast is available, we did not try this option.
