It was clean, bright and a very nice renter. There was a bottle of water and a bottle of wine, which was very nice of the renter.

Very attentive and helpful host, nice apartment located very close to the Es Trenc beach and Palma! Private pool is definitely a huge advantage to other places. All in all we had a great time and recommend staying here :)

“Gorgeous villa and host - the perfect town/accom for exploring the south east coast of Mallorca!”
Josep was an incredibly helpful, kind, generous, warm and responsive host and it really added to the experience of our stay. This villa is perfect and great value for money if you’re wanting a more peaceful but well-located base to explore the Mallorcan east coast from. Great kitchen, spacious living/dining room (perfect for a family/group of friends) and the pool was a fantastic bonus to cool off throughout the day when you’re not at the beach. A/C was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay in Josep's apartment - he is an extremely accommodating host, always there for anything the guests may need. The apartment itself is nicely furnished and equipped, and feels very cozy. Unfortunately, the weather was not so great those days so we couldn't make use of the pool, but it's a great addition to the property and a great spot to relax.
