Blue House apartment is very close to the southern area of Es Trenc (the awesome beach of Mallorca: you can walk there or it takes 10 minutes with the car) in a very nice village quiet but full of restaurants/supermarkets/amenities. The parking is a very appreciated extra service especially in summer. House is equipped with whatever you need, very sunny terrace where you can enjoy a lot of time. Hubert the owner was so kind and gave us a lot of information. If you arrive late don't worry: there will be someone for you as well. Super suggested!

The apartment was comfortable if a little basic. The shower was very good and the balcony fine for most meals. The fridge was of a good size and the hob/stove efficient and easy to use. There was ample wardrobe space and plenty of coat hangers. The beach was only a short walk away with a good restaurant for lunch. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with utensils although it would have benefitted from some smaller saucepans/pans

Apartment house is located very close to the main beach, so if you are tired of exploring various cala's, this beach is just 4 min walk. Apartment is very cosy with all necessary equipment, including ACs in each of the rooms. We've spent just 2 nights here, coming from another part of the island, but really felt like home. Hubert is a wonderful host, and you can see from a mile that he is really dedicated, so he gives this apartment an extra value. We had an underground garage, paid extra 10EUR per day, sunshades and beach towels for free. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy communication during check-in and out, as Hubert is super-fast responsive.

Very family friendly. Host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed - nothing was too much trouble. The apartment had everything we could have needed and more. Three minute walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance

Apartments on top op house were great, Position of apartment solid, bar + restaraunt across street, small shop on corner down the road. Very clear place. Close to Colònia de Sant Jordi. Hubert is very friendly, communication with him on top level. We will be very happy to go back there!!!

The apartment was spacious and cozy, equipped with all the necessary utilities, and impeccably clean and quiet. Hubert, the host, was exceptionally friendly and provided us with plenty of helpful information about nearby restaurants and beaches. The location is perfect, being close to one of Mallorca’s most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. Highly recommended!

The location and facilities were good . Cleanliness was to a very high standard and just a short walk from a variety of restaurants. It was spacious enough for two people with excellent kitchen facilities.

The blue house is located in the middle between the beach and the City, so only a short walk for swimming or partying. The kitchen is equipped with everything someone needs and we even found a few welcome drinks in the fridge. Our host was very friendly and we were always positively surprised about his suggestions for Breakfast, Lunch or dinner. He even provided a list of restaurants with gluten-free meals. The Apartment was very clean (thanks to our housekeeping Lady), with friendly, relaxing furniture and even a Netflix-Account :-) It was a pleasure to stay there and I can only recommend it. We will visit again, when back to Mallorca.
