Overview
Hotel Albatros is surrounded by the picturesque Augustów Primeval Forest, by Lake Serwy. It offers classically decorated rooms with access to extensive spa facilities with a Finnish sauna and a hot tub. Each room at the Albatros features an LCD TV with satellite channels. “Not awful. Be prepared for some Soviet style BS & comedy. Ultra strong scent on towels and sheets.”
Surrounding nature and the beach. Really nice lake on the site. Ducks and rental boats etc.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our need and ensure our comfort. The Food was very good - breakfast every morning with lots of options. The location is also an advantage.

“Very average hotel”
Very average hotel with SPA. Actually for SPA you need pay extra and based on photos is basically just small pool and jacuzzi. Rooms are quite small, without air conditioning, and it is allowed to smoke un rooms and you really could smell it. There is lake near by but seems everyone could access it even it stated it hotel property.

“Eastern Polish Adventure”
We arrived early 11 am and I didn’t take into consideration the time difference, check in generally starts at 16:00 but the Staff were friendly and got a room ready for us to check in by 12:00 which was a blessing in disguise.

Very tiny walls, due this you could hear the neighbors very good and it is not nice if you want to sleep; walls in the room wasn’t clean
