“Hidden gem in Serres”

We were warmly welcomed by Anja, who made our stay perfect ! The location is great, beds are comfy and breakfast is delicious. We tried the honey made from bees on the property and went back home with a few jars.

Lovely accommodation with super comfortable beds and friendly hosts. Breakfast was great too.

“Magical place.”

The place is nothing short of amazing- nested in a secluded valley along a small creek, an old beautifully refurbished water mill. Very comfy and specious apartment with modern equipment. The hosts are very welcoming and give you a crash course in honey making.

Oh my gosh where do we start! Easy parking then a little bridge over the river to the property where we were warmly met by Anja. We stayed in the unit up the steps, which is absolutely gorgeous. Newly built and clean and bright. Doors opening to lots of light and our own terrace to sit outside. Spacious unit with a double sink and a separate toilet. We loved the soft white towels and crisp white bed linen. The whole property is lovingly cared for by Anja and François who happily spend their time chatting. Their local knowledge is great. The pool was very welcome each day. There is a communal farmhouse style kitchen which is open to guests and this is where we ate breakfast made by the lovely Anja. She’s the perfect host, juggling cooking, baking, making coffee while chatting to us which we loved. François is a bee keeper and we enjoyed his knowledge… and honey! So glad we booked a week here. One of our favourite places for sure.

Lovely renovation keeping lots of original detail

Beautiful location. Excellent room with all you need for a great stay. Wonderful hosts made us feel at home. A home cooked breakfast that was delicious!! We wished we had booked additional nights.

The location was beautiful, an old mill beautifully renovated by a mountain river. The room was large, newly renovated, with a very large comfortable bed and spotless bathroom and toilet. The breakfast was superb, with local home made produce and honey from the owners own bee hives The hosts were charming and helpful. The small town of Serres is 3 minutes drive away with a selection of restaurants. Excellent in every way 99% out of a 100. I hope to stay there again. Morgan Davies

“Amazing stay with a relaxing location”

Such a great accommodation in the surrounding area of mountains. We absolutely love the location where we could do a short walk to the waters, and the facilities and the details in the room that the hosts provided us. It was such a great night stay, and the next morning we had a huge delicious breakfast and a nice chat. We highly recommend this place to stay for couples or groups!

The rooms are beautifully renovated with care and thought in every detail. The hosts are lovely and prepared a fantastic breakfast, with home made jams and honey. It’s akin to a 5 star hotel in quality, but far more personalised. Highly recommended.
