“A great stay with very good facilities and outstanding staff.”
The location was close to main road but by a tranquil lake. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the aircon was ideal. A very nice continental breakfast buffet, with cereals, meats and cheese, cakes and croissants, was provided. The staff were amazing, especially the restaurant waitress.

“Hotel next to lake with animals”
Clean room next to the lake with different animals. Reception works 24h with great night receptionist. Heating in the room was great, maybe a bit too hot. Hot shower with strong water stream. Breakfast is simple, but good selection of options available.

“Lots of potential”
Good location, friendly staff. Can see renovations have started to improve exterior, which will make a better first impression. Pool was excellent and the rooms and restaurant were very clean. Brekky was great.

The bar was excellent—a specialty of the barmen who make very nice, strong drinks. Thanks for the lovely breakfast. The staff was very helpful, and there was 24/7 check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was open all day.

The hotel has the best time already in past but honestly saying the stuff is doing their best, absolutely clean, very nice smily and very helpfull stuff, the ratio price /quality is no 100% level . Very satisfye what i expected tahta i recieved maybe more. Kids loved the clean pool. Thank you for your services

the hotel is on the shore of a lake. under a nice old (very old) village. it is worth climbing up there. breakfast was excellent in italian terms. and the dinner (in menu format) was a masterpiece, we arrived at the very last moment after the viareggio carnival.
