Overview
With a peaceful location in the Langhe hills, Cascina Meriame is 2 km outside Serralunga D'Alba and offers 10 hectares of vineyards. Rooms have a rustic yet elegant design with tiled floors and warm colour schemes. Each one offers a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, as well as free WiFi and satellite TV. The Meriame Cascina is a historic country house. It offers a swimming pool and sun terrace with sun loungers. A continental breakfast is served each morning and can be enjoyed outdoors in good weather. Wine tastings can be organised in the property's wine cellar upon request and extra charge. Parking is free and the property is 300 metres from the nearest bus stop for buses to Alba, 15 km away. The Langhe hills are ideal for excursions and wine tours. The famous wine towns of Monforte d'Alba, La Morra and Barolo are around 10 km away.

Lovely place right in the middle of vineyards. The owners are very nice. Wine tasting is gighly recommended. We booked it in differemt places, but at Miriame it was the best one!

“A wonderful treasure hidden in the vineyards”
Cascina Meriame is a real treasure. It´s a family run agriturismo in the vineyards of Paolo Manzone wines. We loved the quietness of this place and the support of Luisella who gave us absolute fantastic advice for restaurants. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast (in summertime you can sit outside) with local and homemade products. The room was spacious and really charming.

Luisella is just the sweetest host you can imagine, very attentive and welcoming! I loved her home made cakes at breakfast, which consisted of very good local products. Our room was spotlessly clean and I liked the colors and the tasteful decoration. Best thing about the Cascina Meriame is the quiet position and breathtaking view to the winery hills. Don’t hesitate and book there, you won’t regret it!!! PS Dear Luisella thank you for the little good buy present from your garden😘

“Always Exceptional”
Our second time staying at Cascina Mariame and everything was as wonderful as the last time. Certainly enjoyed everything. Luisella, Palo and Elisa and their staff are top notch. Nothing is too much trouble to help you with . Highly recommend their wine, and wine tasting. Beautiful area and we are planning our next visit.

“Amazing! Would recommend!”
It’s a supercute place to stay, we wanted to be at a smaller place with views of sunset, a pool and a winery. And this place ticket off everything. The room was big and had a small fridge which is helpful for the hot days! It’s also possible to buy wine for your room from their own production. Breakfast was also great which I am very picky since I don’t eat meat or like sweets for breakfast! But the most amazing part about this place is the owners, both of them are very welcoming and always in a good mood which makes the stay more special.

“a paradise in nature”
very nice place. the location is surrounded by a dream. nature everywhere, very quiet. but you do need a car or a bicycle. the bed was comfortable, which is an important thing for me. not to soft, not to hard. luisella, paolo and their personnel are very friendly, very helpful it was one of the nicest experience i had so far. i felt very much at home and welcome

We have chosen this place to relax and be in the center of the Piemont wine region. We could not have done better. This place invites you to calm down in the middle of nature. One can simply sit there and enjoy the view onto the valley. We have had the apartment Viola. It is kind of a B&B and offers a wide array to chose for breakfast - and also cakes. My favorite is the nut cake with hazelnuts from Piemonte. Our room was cleaned extremely proper every day. The owners and staff are extraordinary gentle. One can do a wine tasting of course which we recommend. There are different rooms and apartments but all are situated in a way that everyone enjoys privateness. We strongly recommend to stay there and not only for two nights but longer. We stayed for 8 nights and will be for sure return - probably in 2025. Cascina Meriame is a gem. If we could give 20 points, we would do but only 10 is possible. Absolute recommended..!!

A very relaxed, family run bed and breakfast. Loved being able to just pop in and ask for another (excellent) bottle of wine. Outdoor space to picnic with a view was very useful. Lovely breakfast with local food and homemade produce. The swimming pool was an added bonus.
