Location. It’s just walking distance to Mines Shopping Complex. The Malay lady at the reception is friendly and always smiling.

“not value for money at all.. never repeat ..”
1. in picture show full carpet in room but NO..Tiles like mall floor.. 2. Toilet like cabin toilet, not comfort.. 3. Bed sheet not clean.. Got dirt on it! 4. Cabinet smell stingy.. 5. room price RM280 but no window.. overall not value for money at all..

“Nope...”
The room I stayed in is spacious. The pillows are comfortable and the shower heater is adequate. There's a 7-11 at the lobby but closes at 11pm. The hotel is situated directly opposite of The Mines Shopping Mall.

Overall is ok.room is big for 3 kids bcoz 2 queenbed.toilet is also fine enough to me.just wondering why outside room floor have carpet but not in room.the cleaning staff is friendly come immediately when we call room service.the staf is nice he wait for us until 12am to check in we late from pahang.thank you
