Nice accomodation with the man made beach in the middle of town. Well accesible to all places.

Actually I like the view but there is plenty of difference when I come 1st to this hotel and now. More over now it’s look like an abundance building, some more the pool was not clean at all, was not think to have a bath on the pool since it’s that dirty.

The GM Mr. Henry was very good and kind. He approach us and talk to me & my husband. We are regular customer at mines almost 10 yrs. None of the higher position people talk to us before. We from Johor Bahru. He send us up to the car. This is first time a GM approach to us.

“Relaxing holiday at the Mines Resort”

I like the warm hospitality by your Customer Service representative Ms Airreen. She always assists us with whatever we need accordingly and always smiles. Not forgetting your housekeeping Mr. Ravvi who make-up our room for the entire stay period excellently i.e room is so clean, smells good and comfy & cozy. My family and I just love the hotel & it's environment. Will come back again.

This hotel's service was absolutely terrible. I booked three rooms for two nights, and although check-in was originally at 3 pm, it was delayed until 3:35 pm. One of the rooms they gave me was small, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. They wouldn't let me change rooms. After 11 pm, someone started playing loud, blaring Indian music outside, disturbing our rest and sleep. What's worse, after 8 pm, there was absolutely no service, and no one answered our phone calls. This is a hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and while it's not cheap, it's a hotel that doesn't provide proper service to its guests. Don't stay there, it's awful.
