“Need to improve”
Good to hv private parking. Hitel also clean, tv also very good condition. Bathroom door is very funny, hard to close and open from inside , the design is not really practical and function.

The air conditioner had a problem and the room was not cool at all. I asked the receptionist for help, but it was very difficult to get assistance or request a room change. After almost 1 hour, the air conditioner was still not cold. The service was disappointing and the issue was not handled properly.

“I’m demanding for a full refund”
I was cheated by booking.com and as well as the hotel which I have requested to cancel my booking with free cancellation which is clearly stated while I was doing the booking. Hence I did call hotel general lines many time and there is no answer
