Bad service at counter...The receptionist (thin indian lady) is very rude and impolite... we were annoyed by the smell of cigarettes that has been attached in all the fabrics from the beginning of our stay

Staff were unfriendly, in all my interaction, there was no verbal communication.None. Rooms were damp and smelly and linens were stained. There were only one pillpw provided which were uncomfortable. Request for additional pillow were not entertained.
