“NO NEXT TIME!”
The service was very disappointing. The staff were not helpful, and the way they handled customer concerns was unprofessional. This experience made me feel that guest satisfaction was not a priority. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was quite basic, but it was clean, comfortable and strategically located. The Seremban central market, and various restaurants and food courts were located nearby. The staff were friendly.

“It was a very economical one night stay at the middle of seremban where it’s impossible to go hungry”
The hotel is strategically located at nearby various types of eateries, so food isn’t a problem. No tea making facility in the room but it’s provided freely at the hotel lounge. Guests can help themselves to complimentary titbits too. Lastly this is a small hotel so you get that ‘stay at home’ vibe.

“Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money. We will come back again.”
The front desk staff was very efficient. She arranged for us to change room promptly when the air-con in our room was leaking. We appreciate having the huge common space at level 3 for us to have a small group gathering. The rooms were spacious and clean.
