Everything, the staff & comfortablity. The location is excellent as it's at the centre of Seremban, pd & sendayan. The room & space big enough for 4-5 adults, we in fact could sit on the floor & eat tgt.

1. Staircase is extremely steep for old citizen like me to climb up the stairs, suggest a lift/elevator 2. No parking space/lot that is convinient to park

I get double parking summons even i parked near the hotel and have to pay double for it. What i notice was its only happened to me but not for the other cars. Feel offended with this no equality no special park for customers.

“Don't check in here”
I lose my access card. They said they only have 1 card. I want to pay for new card. But the staff said they can't make new card as their manager not working. So i can't make a new card. I can't to pay to make new card so i can't check in to my room. I just pay for their stupid reasons 1 card only
