1. The location - close to shops and easy to find 2. Facility - almost has all basic facilities in place 3. A lot of eatery places 4. Check in process and communication was easy and smooth.

There's a public park beside the apartment and there's also satay and ikan bakar stall at the shop houses just around the corner.near 99 Speed mart.

The location (about 20 mins from Hosp Tuanku Jaafar). We stayed to visit a family member admitted there. Convenient, the parking lot is very near to the house. Ground floor - suitable to bring the elderly.
