“Perfect stay in the Gambia”

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and spacious rooms. It’s quiet and peaceful with no noise at all, making it ideal for a relaxing stay. The sunset views here are absolutely stunning and well worth experiencing. All the staff are excellent, including the driver, the cook, the waiter and the manager. Even though my flight was delayed by a day, it didn’t disrupt my schedule at all. The staff even took me to see baobab fruit and the monkeys, which was a lovely experience. One night around 10 pm, my wireless mouse ran out of battery, and the manager kindly gave me a brand-new one for free. Majula has a thoughtful, helpful team that made my stay truly enjoyable.

The location was nice in the sense it was in a quiet part of the town. The balcony had a beautiful back drop of the open sea. The food was fresh and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, lovely view. I was able to invite 3 friends over for drinks and to sit in the lounge area by the TV. Open swimming pool all very clean .

Amazing view, very accommodating and helpful staff, there were a number of breakfast options and it was a treat sitting on the terrace watching the ocean

Stayed at Majula for 7 days a lone traveller looking for peace and tranquility, and that's exactly what I got. A small, pleasant and friendly hotel, staff always smiling, polite and very helpful without being intrusive. A lovely pool and terrace area. Small friendly local run cafe's , bars and restaurants all no more than 20 minutes walk. Bakau and Cape point are less than a £4 taxi ride. Same for Fajara craft market and busy  beach areass if too hot to walk. If you want loud music, activities, water sports, karaoke and half price shots, this is not for you, if you want to enjoy the sunshine and local people then go home fully recharged and rested,  I highly recommend the Majula Boutique hotel.
