Gorgeous little house with a beautiful stone floor. Great facilities and everything we wanted had been thought of. Jan was the most accommodating host and even helped me book the vet for our dog. Delicious breakfast with pancakes which the kids loved. The little private garden of the gite was lovely and the jasmine and geraniums smelt gorgeous. Would definitely stay again.

“A gem well worth a detour.”

This is a hidden gem well worth the short detour from the freeways. From the first minute, we loved it. We were looked after like old friends from the wonderful hosts. Our old stone cottage was charming and cool in the summer heat. Even the sofa bed was really comfortable. A refreshing swim in the pool when we arrived, warm and tired, was great! We were served a delicious 3-course dinner on our porch, with lots of homegrown vegetables and the breakfast had everything you could ask for. We’re coming back!!!

It is a beautiful rustic location which would be great for small families and couples. Set in lovely rural location. I only met Jan who was very welcoming. it has a lovely cottage garden feel.

so full of charm! the location is set beautifully and the pool was very welcome during the heat. the house stayed relatively cool while hot outside. the kitchen super well equipped. would have liked to stay a bit longer.

The hosts are very warm and welcoming. The gite is absolutely charming and very comfi. The grounds are fantastic if you are travelling with a dog. This is a wonderful place to stay if you are seeking a break from the rat race. We loved it.
