“Looking to take your money . No soap no too rush etc”
Feel like a trap . No water . Shuttle to airport at 15 min is higher than normal taxi and price of the room is not cheap Waste of money They don’t read the messages u send them so not professional . Avoid this hotel

“Not comfortable....”
Unfortunately I didn't get my breakfast. Came downstairs at 09.05 and showed the waitress what I wanted on the menu. Half an hour later, it still hadn't arrived and my taxi fetched me at 10am, to take me to the airport, so I missed breakfast.

I liked everything, and have returned a half dozen times. As you enter, the people are very. The place is spotlessly clean, comfy bed, a water machine, and close to the airport. It's excellent value for your money.

“Very good Transit hotel”
The location is close to the airport for a quick rest and sleep for Transit. The staff from shuttle van drivers to reception are all friendly and provided good service. Theres also a convenience store inside the hotel.

The room and all the facilities are in very good condition. But their breakfast need to improve just a little bit. But overall its very comfort stay so far. Been here multiple times.

“New Place, Near Eateries”
The hotel is very new. It is right around the corner from some eateries, and about 20 minutes by car to KLIA. My room was clean and had ample electric sockets to change my stuff. Water filter machine just outside the room for drinking water. The laundry machine worked well using tokens. Staff were friendly and check in was fast. There is a game room and gym as well as a convenience store on site.
