“Some improvements in pest control, cleanliness and maintenance are needed.”
The location was excellent, with restaurants, convenience stores, and self-service laundromats nearby. The property is also only about 15 minutes from KLIA. The host was responsive, the check-in/check-out process was straightforward, and all instructions regarding the unit and parking were clear and easy to follow. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The security deposit was refunded much faster than expected, which was appreciated. Although the stated turnaround time was within 24 hours, the host refunded it in approximately 7 hours.

We had a great stay. The apartment was as described, well equipped and well located, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The swimming pool was very clean. Would stay again for sure.
