Convenient location to Seoul Station

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Very near Seoul station therefore making commuting easy either by metro or by bus to popular tourist spots. Near the Lotte mart as well so it was great to be able to buy fruits and some easy to cook meals to try local foods.

The apartment was close to Seoul Station (exit 15), which was very convenient for travelling to/from the airport by AREX (Express) train and travelling within Seoul by train/metro. The apartment was new and clean and had all facilities you would need (washing machine with dryer function, airco, wifi, refrigerator, etc.). Some small extras like additional paper cups, sealed Ikea bags, one-time use wooden chopsticks, plastic bags, kitchen wipes with dishwashing detergent, etc. made the stay even more convenient. Rose (our host) was very nice and helpful.

Excellent location as it is just across the road from Seoul Station and near Lotte Car rental. Adequate amenities provided. Excellent host who ensured that everything from check in to check out was smooth.

“A very pleasant stay. It felt like coming home.”

We had a wonderful stay at Joey House. It feels like coming home everytime we went back to the appartement. There are 2 seperate rooms. 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with 2 seperate beds. There is a washing machine to wash your clothes with washing soap aka Joey the host already provided a lot of things inside the house. There are umbrellas for the rain. slippers for inside, outside the house & there are slippers for in the bathroom. In the bathroom there were towels, extra toiletpapers, toothbrushes and other things like showergel, handsoap etc. In the rooms you can find hair dryer, different kind of electric socket for loading your phone or other devices, cotton swab & pad. There is also a map of seoul in different languages and other flyers of places in Seoul. I also like that we dont have to carry around a card to get into the house. Everything is with a code. unlike when you are staying in a hotel where you have to carry around a card. The place is really close to Seoul Station. We took the Arex train from Incheon to Seoul Station. It only takes 52 minutes to arrive at Seoul Station and Joey gave a very detailed description how to get to the house and you can always contacted her if there is an issue or if you got questions. She is very good host. I totally recommend this place if you want to stay close to Seoul Station. Its easy to take the train to Busan or other places like Daegu, Gwangju etc. At Seoul Station there is a Lotte Mart where you can buy groceries and other things.

Owner prepared the place very well. They have almost everything needed for the home. We were even reluctant to leave. Haha.

Joey is awesome! Even though I've never met him😁 All the communication was great, instructions in the apartment were crystal clear, location is 5 minutes walking from Seoul Central Station, floor heating was working flawlessly

“Feel like home”

The accommodation has everything that you need for the trip, such as a washer + dryer, travellers plugs, towels, etc. There were even cup noodles and water provided on arrival. Joey made sure we arrived safely at the accommodation on our first day through message and always replied promptly when I had questions. The floor heater was very efficient during our stay in winter. I am so glad that we picked this accommodation for our trip.

The proximity to Seoul station made it very convenient to get around, even with many luggages, it was just a short walk. Joey is an exceptional host, she was present to guide it through everything and then instructions in the house are very clear.. Joey is an extremely thoughtful host l and provided even some cup noodles, coffee, tea, candy, muscles strain ointment, sanitizer, etc. The house was very clean and cosy and it was definitely a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend it.

“Perfect & Great Accommodation”

The host, Ms Joey is very responsive, considerate, caring, responsible and fulfilling our requests to the fullest until our last day of stays. Location is great and very near to the Seoul Station, make us easy to go to anywhere by our own. The toiletteries, kitchen utensils, beverages, drinking waters, rooms, dining table, guest area, washing machine, dryer and all faclities are provided, and some items we did not expected is available in the unit - face cotton, ear cotton buds, luggage scale, warmer pads/patch, hair straightener & curler etc - so amazing!

The place was within a 3-5 minute walk from Exit 15 of Seoul Station, and there were coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. The host was responsive and friendly. The accommodation was a fantastic place with interesting decorations and everything we needed. It was great that there was an elevator and parking available. Highly recommended!
