“Nice place to stay”
Large clean suite with a good kitchen and large fridge. Having the washing machine/dryer was handy. Beds were comfortable and location was great. Walking distance to transport and many shops and restaurants. Small convenience stores nearby, unfortunately no supermarkets. 15-20 min walk to Myeongdong shopping street where there is plenty of street food stalls in the evening. Overall a great place to stay as a base in Seoul, particularly if you plan to stay for an extended time. Breakfast was ok.

All the employees (administration desk, restaurant staff) were very kind to us. Location is pretty good; very close to various stations (bus and train), streets with restaurants, palaces and even the river. The room was great and we were so happy we chose it for our “long” stay in Seoul (6 days). Breakfast was amazing; we did not use the gymnasium or the swimming pool but the installations seemed very good.

It is centrally located and within walking distance of many popular attractions, including Ikseon-dong, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Anguk. This made it very convenient to explore the city and enjoy the local culture without relying heavily on transportation.

Excellent size of apartment, with full fledged kitchenette, dish washer, washing machine, etc. We were given free upgrade and early checkin. the location of the hotel is also very central.

“Comfortable and spacious”
We were greeted with a free upgrade upon arrival and was allowed to check into oir rooms 2 hours early. This was great as we were all exhausted from our early morning flight from Jeju. Our rooms were spacious and we had sufficient towels and amenities to make our stay comfortable. The pool and saunas was a nice added feature. Just remember, if your child is age 7+ he / she needs to enter at different change rooms if they're the opposite sex to you as they have separate entrance for males and females. The children can get lost easily so be sure to ask the staff for help. Our lovely life guard on duty was able to escort my son through to the pool area.
