A lovely little flat right in the heart of Seoul. Everything is easily accessible by bus. Well-equipped, with everything you need. Joe, the host, is really kind, friendly and helpful. We would definitely rent it again. Many thanks to Joe for a wonderful experience in Seoul.

We booked a three-night stay and arrived quite late. The owner had already provided clear check-in instructions, including how to access the property, which was very helpful. As it was quite cold, we had a little trouble opening the door at first, but our taxi driver kindly helped us get inside. After contacting the owner, they promptly arranged for someone to fix the door, and we also received a warm welcome message over the phone. The next day, the owner kindly surprised us with four key rings left at our door, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The location is good set on a hill in a beautiful area with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and a bus stop right at the doorstep. The house was spacious enough for a family, and overall, we had a pleasant stay. We only wish we could have stayed a few more days!

We had a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place. One of the biggest advantages is the location. Yongsan-dong is quite central, a walking distance from Namsan park and the Seoul Tower, and set in a very nice neighbourhood full of small cafés, restaurants, and shops. There’s also a bus stop just a few minutes away with routes going in all the directions you’d typically want as a tourist, which made getting around very easy. It’s also very convenient that there is a direct bus from the airport that stops about a five-minute walk from the flat. There are several 24/7 convenience stores nearby, which was very handy. That said, it’s worth noting that the area is quite hilly. The walk from the bus stop is downhill and fairly steep, so it might not be ideal for people with heavy luggage or limited mobility. In general, you should expect to be walking up and down steep hills in this neighbourhood. The flat itself is surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the apartment has everything you might need, from shower gel and umbrellas to a washing machine, water heater and air conditioning. The kitchen area is well-equipped, there’s even a water cooler. We especially appreciated the detailed instructions provided by the host for using all the appliances, which made everything very easy. Check-in was smooth and fully remote. The host was very attentive, gave clear directions before arrival, and even left us a small parting gift, which was a lovely touch. The flat was generally clean. There was a bit of dust under the beds, but overall it was well-maintained. The bathroom has a typical Korean-style shower located next to the sink, so the water goes onto the floor, but it drains quickly and the water pressure was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience and no complaints at all. Everything is set up thoughtfully to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We would happily stay here again.

The property was well-maintained and had everything we needed - just like our home away from home. Joe was an amazing host and made sure we were comfortable, even made sure to check in and say hi. He was very active with responding to messages and requests, even generously accommodated request for late check in as our flight back wasn’t till the evening. The location isn’t bad either, it was very close to a number of bus stops.

Comfortable Apartment equiped with everything you need. The host was really welcoming and helpfull and checked in on us (via messages) several times. The 3 seperate rooms are spacious and provide enough room and storage area for luggage and your things, so you dont have to "live out of the luggage". The kitchen is equiped with all necessary tools. The aircondition was really helpfull as well. The apartment is in a "half-basement"/Souterrain, witch helped to keep it chill even when outsife temperatures reached over 30°C

The host was very friendly and checked in to make sure everything was okay. There was a water dispenser with both hot and cold water available. Plus, there’s a great bakery and some nice breakfast/brunch spots nearby.

Joe was an amazing host. He was very kind, friendly and helpful. He was always in touch with us and tried to accommodate us in many ways (early check-in etc). The apartment is nice and clean with a great location (bus station and some restaurants nearby, 7-Eleven just a few steps from the apartment). There is also a big fridge which can be useful for a family or a group of friends. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend it! Thank you 😊

The location couldn't have been better! So close to grocery stores, bus stops, and the metro. And all the famous tourist spots nearby. Absolutely perfect!

Good sized rooms, central location with bus stops in walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. Very large fridge freezer and gas hob. All kitchen items supplied. There shops nearby and the best one for variety was a supermarket in the basement near the police station.

Highly recommended. Everything you need is provided. Host Joe and Victor visits us every once in a while to make sure that were okay. They even helped us contact our service from airport to accommodation. The house is fully equipped of everything you will need. The house is very comfortable and BIG! We really enjoyed our stay here. Joe and Victor was very helpful. They made sure that we were comfortable during our stay.
