I liked the opportunity to do some washing as I was on a long journey where Seoul was last. I liked the space in the suite where I could entertain some guests.

Easy walking distance from three subway stations which is a convenient and very affordable way to get around Seoul.

Location was the prime reason why we chose to stay at Oakwood. This is one of the most accessible places and near the places that we were always heading to. Although I wish they have one smack in the middle of Cheongdam-dong.

The accommodation was excellent. The Superior apartment was generously spacious for four people and always clean. A big plus for the heated toilet. Towels were changed daily, trash was taken out, and the beds were professionally made. Bottled water was regularly replenished. We used the washer-dryer available in the apartment, and the controls were easy to use following the manual. The hotel also offers a laundry service. Guests can use the pool, wellness area, or gym. Note that children are only allowed in the pool during limited hours (10:00–17:00), and it is located in a different building. The hotel reception staff were very pleasant. There is also an option to have breakfast in the restaurant. The hotel offers luggage storage after checkout. The location is excellent in terms of metro access, as well as access to the airport bus. Alternatively, you can use a taxi via the k.ride app, or the hotel can arrange transportation to the airport or anywhere else—their willingness to help is outstanding.

The location was excellent as it is linked to the airport limousine bus terminal. No worries about heavy luggage or having to deal with the cold at arrival. The room was clean and well equipped

Great location and dog friendly. Their concierge was the best, when online delivery picked up by another, they went all the way to follow up and resolve the issue. Friendly and helpful staffs there, special compliments to Darren & Young Min.

The room was way too hot. Having the temperature set at 24 degrees is to high. I had to sleep with the window open to balance the temperature in the room. This would have been a problem had it been raining or snowing.

Convenient location if you want to do stuff in the Gangnam area as it is connected to Coex, Hyundai, City Air Tower malls, 2min walk to Juno Hair, 4min walk to Olive Young. If you need to get skin treatments, it’s a convenient location as well. Dated and dark but big rooms; 2 bathrooms. There is a small play area for kids under 7 that my kids enjoyed while waiting for our car to the airport. They have babysitting services outsourced but didn’t get to use. Clothes dry quickly in the room. They have a drying rack and many shelves to organize our clothes in.
