the staff were open to accommodating our early check-in and late check-out for one of the rooms. location was also very convenient! the yongsan train station was a 5 min walk from the hotel and it's connected.

“Luxury in Seoul.”
As this was a special trip, the staff gave us some extra goodies and made us feel so welcome. The bed is extremely comfortable, the room is well appointed and there is a nespresso machine and pods which is a nice tough. A luxurious stay for the last night of our trip. Highly recommend.

Great location next to IMall Super cool area. Just 1km from the river if you want to run Good quick meals at the restaurant Everyone spoke perfectly in English

Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the door lock in my room and they helped me move to another one quickly. Hotel is close to the station - about a 10 min walk.

Lobby was great, good location connected to subway stations but far away from sightseeing locations. Convenience store right in the hotel was good but could be better - it was always so busy.
