Overview
Offering an indoor heated pool and golf practice facilities, Novotel Ambassador provides modern air-conditioned rooms in Seoul's Gangnam business district. It is just 340 metres from Exit 4 of Sinnonhyeon Subway Station (Line 9). Carpeted flooring, a flat-screen TV and wide windows are standard features in all rooms. A minibar, tea/coffee making facilities and a personal safe are also included. The en suite bathroom includes either a shower or a bath. Novotel Ambassador Gangnam Seoul is about 3 km from the COEX Aquarium and Seoul Arts Centre. The hotel's fitness club features a jogging track, well-equipped gym and an aerobics room. Personal trainers and swimming lessons can also be arranged. After a good workout, guests can relax at the hotel's sauna. The Square serves an international buffet spread, while Entree offers Korean cuisine. Other dining options include "Hongbogak", The Chinese fine dining owned by renowned Chinese cuisine expert Chef Ye Kyong-rae, who serves as the vice president of the World Chinese Cuisine Association and Korean BBQ Fine Dining 'Woobriand'. “A wonderful, comfortable and friendly hotel, highly recommended!”
The hotel was spacious, clean and well appointed. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The food served was excellent as well, and the room service food was very generous and tasty. The staff were also super helpful, and were friendly and polite.

“Great location, great staff and overall good hotel to stay at”
The hotel was accommodating of my request for a late check-in time (3am). Gym was well equipped compared to other hotels I've previously stayed at. Opted for the breakfast buffet the last couple of days of my stay and the food was good. I'd recommend purchasing the breakfast option the night before so you get a discount.

The staff were always very proactive, helpful, and cheerful. We were very satisfied with the housekeeping service because we ate takeout in our room every night during our stay, but they always cleaned the room after we returned from our walks.

“Great place to visit Gangnam!”
Good location and very clean! Staff were efficient and friendly. Importantly the hotel is also on the limousine bus run from Incheon and Gimpo airports. Nice onset too!

“Nice stay”
The location was good, we had a lot of noise coming from outside our room due to a ventilation machinery closeby, they changed our room right away. Staff was helpfull all the time.
