“A brilliant hotel - we'll be back”

I had hoped this hotel would live up to expectations and it did. The hotel is really cool, open areas to chill and free Nespresso coffee and a seamless check in experience. The service was lovely, the rooms spotlessly clean and well designed. The rooms are small, as expected, as is the fashion now in most of these types of hotels. We were very happy to be given a room before check in and check out is 4pm! It's perfectly located and we really liked it a lot. We'll stay here again, next time we are in Seoul,.

Our stay in Seoul was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. It was a 7-night experience for our family of six, and we can confidently say that every moment was flawless. The property is located in one of the most central and ideal areas of the city, offering easy access to all major attractions, as well as wonderful local markets that provide an authentic taste of Korean daily life. From the very first moment of our arrival, the staff welcomed us with kindness and warm smiles. Throughout our stay, they were always willing to assist with professionalism and genuine care from reception to the excellent housekeeping service. A special mention goes to the reception/lounge area, where there was a beautifully designed space for relaxation and entertainment. It featured lovely corners for resting, as well as fun activities for both adults and children, including a large foosball table and retro electronic games. The restaurant was also a very pleasant surprise: excellent flavors, well-prepared dishes, and truly great value for money options that are definitely worth trying. Overall, it was a hospitality experience that perfectly combines comfort, location, and high-quality service. We would definitely choose it again!

Excellent location. Although the hotel is close to the night market, shopping areas and nice restaurants, it is located in calm and quiet side road.

The hotel was ideally located and we were able to check in right away when we arrived, which we appreciated. It is well connected by public transport. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and our bags were brought to our room. The welcome drink was a nice addition.

Fantastic location in an albeit "touristy" area, but it's not on a busy street and it was quiet overall. Staff were very friendly and helpful when our WiFi didn't work. Shower water pressure was 10/10!

The hotel is the standard Moxy hotel. It is fairly priced for what they offer. The breakfast offered both European and Asian options. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done. The lobby functions as a bar/restaurant as well and the food and drinks were ok. What I really liked about this hotel was the personnel. I was simply amazed how welcoming they all were. The first room we got was above some air conditioning units which were making a lot of noise, so we simply went to the reception and immediately got offered a new room. The cleaning staff also did their job very well. The hotel is located in a very good area and even though it becomes noisy outside at night, they have a good sound insulation, so you won't be bothered. Also, they have a spacious laundry room that comes in hand when you travel and need to wash your clothes.
