Very modern and comfortable hotel, helpful staff and lovely restaurant and bar area. Conveniently located to main city attractions

“Ideal for those who intend to relax!”

We stayed at this hotel towards the end of our trip to wind down. The staff service, aesthetics and underground arcade area was great. The underground arcade area included, a convenience store, bakery, LAEL (massage etc) and a stretch lab, which was helpful but access to most stores is until 9pm (so check beforehand). Overall the room was on a smaller end, not sure if that is the standard room sizing in Seoul but otherwise a great hotel to relax. A number of halal foods shops and known for late night munchies.

We arrived and were very kindly upgraded and received a complimentary bottle of bubbles due to our being on our honeymoon which was a very nice touch. The room was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar was cool and there were several places to eat at different times of day downstairs. The area was also great with some shopping, nice bars and restaurants a short walk away. Staff were very friendly and polite.

Wasn’t told prior to staying that the pool isn’t open on Tuesdays so couldn’t use it when we wanted to. The room was cold at night and had to call to get a portable heater brought up. Then had a horrible experience when using the pool the next day with the staff and was left feeling very disappointed. Considering it’s meant to be a 5* hotel it did not feel like this and the price was also not worth the quality of service and facilities.

The gym and the pool were very nice. The staff at the entrance, the valet and the staff at the Cleo restaurant, were great.

Amazing staff, room quality and spa!! 2 hrs massage is must book as it’s 5 star indeed, as well as Taka fine dining. Overall, all restaurants are great in hotel.

“Stylish and comfortable stay in Itaewon”

I stayed for five nights and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and check in was smooth with everything clearly explained. I had requested a higher floor and was given a room on the 12th floor with a good open view, which I was happy with. The room was small, but for a five star hotel in Seoul that felt quite normal. It was very cosy, well designed, and had everything I needed. I especially liked the modern layout with the open basin area, while the shower and toilet still offered proper privacy. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well. The capsule coffee machine in the room was also a nice touch. Breakfast was good overall. The coffee was very good, the omelettes were nice, and I appreciated the vegetarian friendly options such as fruit, nuts, yoghurt, and vegetables that were not always mixed with meat. The breakfast staff were also very friendly. The location worked well for me. There is a bus stop nearby, a small 7 Eleven opposite the hotel, and Itaewon is a great area for going out in the evening with plenty of restaurants nearby. The spa on B1 was also very good, especially the Korean style sauna, and the discount for hotel guests was a plus.

The room was reasonably clean, the mattress was comfortable, and an air purifier was provided.
