Friendliness: Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We loved their assistance & concierge service. Convenience: Hotel was connected to all the Lotte Malls, Department Stores, and Underground Jamsil Station so food, groceries, shopping were all short walking distances within reach. Great from families wanting to visit Lotte World. Hotel offers 1 re-entry for the day so it was good to have a break for our child in the middle of the day and return. Beautiful view of the lake and view of Lotte World from the elevator.

“Such a fun, memorable, awesome stay!”
The accommodation is in the most convenient location in Jamsil, perfect to go to Lotte World as well as all your shopping needs in walking distance to Lotte Tower and Mall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind and we absolutely enjoyed our World View. Definitely worth giving it a go! Also would highly recommend getting the Beef Jappaguri and Emperor Noodles room dining service. So unique and absolutely delicious.

“Nice hotel to stay at”
Very luxurious, rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and it was good being so close to Lotte World and being able to renter through the hotel
