Absolutely loved our stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional.  Every staff member was kind, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and offers amazing facilities. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The gym, jacuzzi, and swimming pool were all included in the price, which made the experience even better and added incredible value to our stay. The location is also perfect. Very central and convenient, with easy access to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation. We could reach many places around Seoul both on foot and by public transport very easily. You can really feel the attention to detail and the high standard in every part of the hotel. Everything — from the cleanliness to the facilities and overall atmosphere — was simply exceptional. Without a doubt, Lotte Hotel Seoul is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and we would happily return again. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in an excellent location right in the heart of Seoul, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and the vibrant atmosphere of Korean city life. The staff was very friendly and professional, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. Although it was a little expensive, the quality and comfort were very good.

Very luxurious hotel

We recently stayed at the Lotte Hotel Seoul in Myeongdong, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore the vibrant surroundings. We booked a room in the Executive Tower, and I highly recommend this option. The privileges included separate check-in and check-out procedures, which made the process seamless and efficient. The spacious luxury room was beautifully appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the secured entrance added an extra layer of comfort and safety. Overall, our stay was exceptional.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Loved being right above the Lotte department store and its food hall and it was also very convenient to get to other places in Seoul. Felt very peaceful in the room despite being in a busy area.

Exceptional interior design and fittings. The main lounge area with attractive water feature was a super place to drink and eat.

5 star feel with this hotel in the busy Myeongdong area. Location is great and a short walk to the shopping street and lots of yummy restaurants. Luxurious interior and the room is nice. Only thing is the bathrobes and slippers and towels are not 5 star quality and that little bit extra would have made the Good into the Excellent.
