Staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful! We only could check-in around 745pm due to our arrival flight on the first day. Upon our arrival, the check-in staff advised to go get food & drink first and check in later, as the Happy Hour at their lounge finishes the meal/drink service at 8pm. We followed their advice and went to the lounge, and saw the lounge staff waiting for us. They were all so very kind and helpful - the bartender even came to our table at 8pm and offered to bring drinks specially just because we were so late and he didn't want us to miss anything. I usually don't have high expectation on hotel buffet but they had good food overall - lamb chops were tender and delicious! Overall the experience was much better than Shilla.

Fabulous rooms and location within walking distance of key tourist attractions, fully sheltered connection to food court, mall, cinema, subway. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and understand and speak good English. Best of all, there's an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna! Great luxury restaurants too! “Fabulous hotel, within walking distance of many sights, direct access to the LOTTE department store.”
Our room was not ready when we checked in after 15:00 so we were upgraded to our great delight for the full five nights of our stay to a junior suite, which was exceptional. Very, very comfortable and quiet. The best hotel we have ever stayed at.

“Superb.”
I stayed four nights at this hotel, arriving after a journey of 18 hours from the U.K. The quality of room comfort and the level of service was very high. When I return to Seoul I will definitely stay here again.
