There was no ability to change the room temperature on your own, as there is centralized heating and AC. But other than that, it was a wonderful place that was well worth the price.

Amazing customer service, we were placed by mistake to the wrong room, which was not fully cleaned. The hotel offered a complimentary gesture and also upgraded the room. The location is out of the city centre, but the neighborhood is really nice with all shops.

Hotel design is nice. Big spacious bathroom. Like the green initiative to have built-in shower amenities instead of single small tubes. The charging cable provided in the room is a thoughtful gesture. Quiet and quaint location.

Helpful staff notwithstanding, La Casa Seoul has seen better days. There's nothing wrong about it but also nothing exceptional and the design hotel we stayed in 12 years ago has turned to a rather anonymous corporate establishment that needs refreshment. It may be because the once-trendy neighbourhood has also lost much of its spark. That said, you are not going to regret staying here but the true Seoul excitement is to be found north of the river.

“I really felt like it could be cleaner and the staff could be frendlier.”
The bed was big and comfy and the sheets were clean. It was possible to safely open the window and enjoy the fresh air. The area around the hotel is quiet, so I was able to rest well at night.
