The hotel was nice, clean and in an excellent location. Myeongdong Shopping Street is just beside the hotel. The gym was empty and equipment was in excellent condition.

“Great location.,/convenient for transport pick ups and drop off.”
All the concierge staffs working at the 1st floor. Especially the lady Mijung, she should be the employee of the year. She's so bubbly, helpful, feels so good after tiring day and u get back to hotel to be greeted so happily and sincerely.. Very good working attitude. Most of the girls at the reception counter are friendly. Except 1.. location very good. Housekeeping very good. They dont rush you out of the room. .

This hotel is in a perfect location, right in Myeongdong and by the train station and bus pick up. It’s a lovely hotel and the staff are exceptionally helpful.

Nothing beats its location at Myeongdong and its facilities are exceptional (foot spa on the rooftop after a looong day’s walk) and fantastic laundry area

“Just a good location hotel if you like Myeongdong.”
We came back from Busan after staying here for 3 nights and was upgraded to a slightly better room with Namsan tower facing and earlier check-in after signing up as Lotte member.. The curtains on this side of the room was better and blocked out the light sufficiently. Coffee at lounge was the best thing
