It was such a convenient location. It was really clean and organized, and it was so comfortable to stay in. They had so many amenities, a lot of which we didn't use, but would be appropriate for a longer stay. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in a studio apartment that had a queen bed and a single bed. Location was excellent being near diagonally opposite the Hyundai Department store - Trade Center branch. There are 2 convenience stores (CU and 7 Eleven) at ground level of Sinan Metro Khan building which is super handy. We bought the Climate travel card from the CU convenience store who has a worker that speaks English and was very helpful telling us we need to add money to the card at the metro station machines. The host Mr Kim is very responsive and informative. The studio apartment was well catered for in terms of microwave, large fridge, hot water kettle, and amenities like towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toothbrushes, hand wash, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, garbage bags. Netflix was provided too which we were glad to watch some English speaking TV shows during our stay. You can easily walk to the Coex mall which has the Starfield library and Sealife Aquarium via the basement level (-1 level) of the Hyundai Department store. There is an Olive Young store very close. The nearest metro station - Samseong station is about 5 minutes walk. Apartment also close to bus stops.

I stayed in two different hotels in Seoul, including a 4-star hotel before booking Khan Residence upon hearing my flight was delayed for 8 hours. Turns out Khan residence was the best place I'd booked the whole trip! It's an apartment, not a hotel, but it has everything you need - washer and drier, kitchen, big fridge, nice bathroom, space to stow luggage and belongings, a smart TV for streaming services etc. There's also a CU convenience store downstairs, an Olive Young at the corner, the COEX mall down the street and Samseong-dong station and bus stops a few minutes walk away.

The location is good, there are many places nearby. It has everything in it, like kitchen with utensils, washing machine and drier (haven’t used any of it though).

Convenient location, close to COEX and Subway station. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided in the room.. I would definitely recommend the place!

“A strategic place at the busy district”

Even though this place is located in Gangam District, the apartment is quiet so we get a good rest. It's also close with the subway and just walking distance to COEX mall so it's pretty strategic and easy to go anywhere. There's also convinient store downstairs

We are looking forward to returning to the Khan Residence next year. We stayed for 27 days at the Khan Residence and enjoyed the long stay. The location has easy access to the Samseong Subway Station and buses. There are many affordable restaurants in the basement of the building and around the block. I enjoyed the Food Cafe that was close by, as they had a variety of delicious, authentic Korean dishes. There is a supermarket about a 12 to 15-minute walk up the street or at the Hyundai Store - Coex mall. Pharmacies are also close by. There are also 2 convenience stores in the building. I would recommend requesting some Swiffer floor dusters to do a quick dust clean-up as some areas of our unit were not cleaned. We were given a code to get into the unit via booking.com. Please note that you have to touch the keypad for it to light up inorder to punch in your 4 digit code. Also when you enter your 4 digit code type * after the 4 digits for the door to open, and when you exit the door, type # to lock the door. There was a problem with the bathroom door in that the rubber gasket/seal at the bottom of the door needed to be replaced. It meant that if you did not roll up and put a large towel at the bottom of the door, the bathroom floor would become completely wet, leading to a buildup of mold and a slippery surface. Communication to the manager was done through the booking.com menu. The responder was very helpful and was able to respond quickly to our requests for toilet paper or how to heat the unit. It would have been nice if the responder could use a name so that we knew who we were communicating with and that I could thank the person directly. The building and area is very clean, safe and has lots to offer for tourists like us. This is our first trip to Seoul and after having travelled around to other parts of the city, I cannot think of a better location and building to stay at. :) Michael :)

The location is amazing, 5mins walking from Coex Mall and subway. We were staying on the 21st floor and the view was amazing. Having washer and dryer was a big plus. This was our second stay in the residence, and we’ll go back again.
