Genie, a staff member we saw at breakfast/Broadway and in the New York restaurant was the best thing about the whole experience! She went out of her way to make our stay memorable and nice! On several days the breakfast at broadway, which we had prebooked for our stay, was overrun and there was either a waiting time or empty food trays/drink stations. But Genie always made sure to bring us food or drinks to the table or even brought us to go boxes for the last day before check out. Such a lovely person! The room was nice, big and clean. And a nice bathtub. The hotel is near Yoido Park and IFC mall.

The breakfast was excellent and the location was vey convenient for public transport, particularly the Airport bus.

The location was quiet and next to the park and Hyundai mall. The public areas were well kept and staff were friendly. Whilst the fitness centre was small, it was well maintained and never busy.

The bed were very comfortable and our room was very clean. The breakfasts very delicious with many choices of food.

Hotel in NY style with huge emphasis on lobby and in-house restaurants which all look like 5 stars. Comfy bed. Easy access to rooms with a lot of privacy (front and back entrance).

“space, location, service - good value for money”

When the hotel was new it was something wow. The exterior and the reception, the elevators are really great. The rooms are old-fashioned, but comfortable. We lived in the largest room with a dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A lot of space. I really liked it. Rooms are serviced daily, new towels, toiletries, and trash is taken out. Daily drinking water every filled in refrigarator. good connection to any part of the city.

“Fantastic short stay in a great location to explore Seoul”

Great hotel with helpful staff and in a good location for exploring Seoul. The metro is close by and easy to use but we also used taxis quite a bit as it was cheap (compared to the UK). The hotel staff booked taxis for us on two occasions, they were very helpful and friendly.

Big, spacious room at level 13 with a nice view of Hangang. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location and walking distance to Yeoiudo Park, Hyundai mall etc. Cafes and eateries are all around the hotel.

Transportation from airport very convenience I use airport bus no.6007. The bus stop is in front of the hotel.
