“Great location, Great Stay & Great Staff”

Room was clean, modern and perfect. The airport bus stopped right out the front, with bus stops nearby and the subway only a short walk away. It was also an easy stroll to Myeongdong if you didn’t want to use public transport. Jae at the front desk was so lovely. She recommended great local restaurants and went out of her way to help me with a special travel request before my flight home. Her customer service was exceptional and she genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay easier. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great location, conveniently between green and purple line. English speaking friendly, the lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. She even helped us organise transport to airport. We were given access to a proper gym so it was fully equipped with squat racks and machines.

The hotel was very nice and exceptionally clean. The location is convenient, and the area is quiet and pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay, but what we appreciated most was the staff. Everyone we met was genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. My friend accidentally left her earphones in the room, and the cleaning team kindly brought them to the reception so we could collect them later when returning for our luggage. We would like to thank everyone for their kindness and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seoul.

JD Tower Hotel is super conveniently located. The rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable. For me, the best feature about JD Tower Hotel was the lovely staff. They made me feel very welcome and at home. Next timeI’m in Seoul I’ll make sure to book there again.

“Highly recommended especially for girls trip”

We booked 2 nights (last minute) in this hotel to get out of our awful first accommodation, it’s super clean and tidy, everything is available in the room. Location is close to metro and bus station, supermarkets around, and the airport shuttle stop is right in front of the opposite side of the hotel. Elif the receptionist was super kind and helpful as we came to her late in the evening freaked out and disappointed from the hotel we first stayed at.

Location was perfect and Elfi at the reception was utmost friendly and so helpful during our stay of 5 days.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with several underground stations just a 5–10 minute walk away. This makes it easy to travel almost anywhere in the city. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby, along with a few markets. The hotel itself is clean, and the front desk team is very friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. The hotel also has a large 24/7 gym equipped with everything you need and there is a coffee shop at the bottom of the building.

“Excellent hotel in a great location”

Excellent location, the airport bus stopped directly opposite and less than ten minutes walk to a choice of metro stations. The hotel is in a quiet area but only ten minutes walk to Dongdaemun Design Plaza and a few stops on metro to all the main sites, it was perfect to return to at night after a busy day. The hotel is on floors 7 to 11 of the building which is modern, spotless and has a coffee shop on the ground floor and plenty breakfast spots, restaurants and convenience stores nearby, even one with a little seated area where it was nice to stop and enjoy a cold beer on the way home at night. The staff were very good, professional, welcoming and friendly. The room was very comfortable, space to store luggage and had an excellent shower, great air conditioning and supplies of tea, coffee and toiletries. We had two stays in Seoul during our trip, stayed here for five nights when we arrived and really wished we'd just booked it again for our second stay, we loved it.

We had a great stay at JD Hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our visit. We accidentally lost our baby lamb stuffed toy in the room after housekeeping, and we think it may have been wrapped up in the bedding during cleaning without being noticed. The staff responded quickly and were very helpful, communicating clearly in both Japanese and English. Thankfully, they were able to find our stuffed toy, which made us so happy! I just wish we had gotten the staff member’s name so we could thank her personally, she was truly wonderful. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and I especially loved the room fragrance. It always lifted my mood every time I entered the lobby!

The location is excellent; the airport bus stops directly across from the hotel for both drop-off and pickup. There was a beautiful, elegant female staff member with short hair whose English was excellent. I’m very grateful for her help in ordering Kyochon Chicken, as well as her strict inspection of the room’s cleanliness.

“Wonderful experience for my first time visiting Korea”

Great service. Room was quiet as requested and had a great view of the city and was cleaned every day with bottled water restocked also. Staff is super friendly and helpful and would do their best to fulfill your needs. The location is also very convenient to get to every essential places to visit in Seoul, whether its traditional markets, Hanok village or places to shop for clothes and skin care products which is a must buy in Korea. The experience would be even better if the toilet comes with a washlet cover though.

Everything went very well. Functionally equipped, clean, comfortable bed, well working heating and shower. Very friendly staff. Gym in the basement is amazing! Close to many restaurants and cafes, a convenience store across the street and close to the metro station.
