The room was very clean and well-maintained, as was the bathroom. The view from the window was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and always ready to answer any questions. I didn't expect such a high standard for a 3-star hotel. Wow, thank you so much.

It is extremely close to the COEX exhibition center, making the daily commute for work incredibly convenient. The room size is decent, and it is very comfortable to stay in.

The facilities under the building are good, including the 24 hours nice to cu, gym, and laundry. The staff were very approachable and helpful. The staff made our stay feel much more comfortable.

It was the most uncomfortable stay I ever stayed. The front desk staff exposed my room to one of my crazy ex and told them precisely when I check out. By right based on Korean law they’re not supposed to reveal all information or any information regarding the guest staying at the hotel. They even told them which room I was staying at.

Staff let us check in 2 hrs earlier. Buffett breakky was good. Lots of options. Requested iron and ironing board and was given to us asap. Shower was great… fast heating, high pressure and easy to navigate temperature.

Starting with the breakfast - it had enough veg options, enough options for continental selections and asian too. It was super clean, the staff recognise you after a few days and where you like to sit. Enough quite and busy spots so you can get a mix of atmosphere. Insanely clean room, everything in top condition and they follow instructions to the T. Right from suggesting local experiences, to booking taxis, to having a brilliant money exchange machine, this place feels like a 5 star property. Super service and very very helpful. Plus location is close to exhibition centres, and lots of fun things to do but still not too busy.
