“Lovely big place and well located.”
Close to 3 different subway lines, variety of buses, convinience store just below hotel, many restaurants - all that with a very spacious room / bed and nice bathtub. Really enjoyed he days here at Hotel Pharos, great base to meet Seoul.

Convenience of the location that I can just find food anywhere nearby. Getting a cab/taxi is not a problem at all. A lot of cabs around the area.

“Needs some improvement and reconsideration”
One of the staff members was very helpful and supportive. And helped booking a taxi without any issues for a wheelchair.The room was good for wheelchair access. My son would say there was no smart TV and no YouTube channel 😒.

“Avoid at all cost”
Located right above the bars where people hang out all night. Very dirty - smothered insects on the ceiling, used contact lenses on the floor, hairs everywhere. Not well maintained - broken tap, paint peeling of the furniture. You can’t talk with the hotel manager - you are forced to talk to the camera with microphone. Also, they give only one card for a twin room.

Very nice hotel in a nice area. There are many restaurants and entertainment venues in the area. The subway is very convenient and is also close to the Lotte World Tower, the shopping center and the sports facilities.
